PLEASE REVIEW ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BOOKING
By booking an appointment you confirm that you have reviewed and consent to the information and terms outlined below:
You must reside in Washington state and be located within the state at the time of your appointments as I am only licensed to practice in Washington state.
I require all clients to have a credit card on file. You will need to enter this information to secure an intake appointment. Please note that your card will be automatically charged under the following conditions: no-shows, inadequate cancellation notice (less than 48 hours), copayments, balances due after insurance payments, or cash/private payment for those that opt out of insurance. Copayments and out-of-network fees are due at the time of service.
Intake paperwork is automatically sent when you book an initial appointment. If you do not receive it within a few hours of booking, kindly check your spam folder or contact me. It is crucial that all paperwork is completed and submitted 48 hours before your first appointment. Failure to comply will lead to appointment cancellation and a $175 fee, which is not covered by insurance.
Please note, I also charge a $175 fee for missed appointments and late cancellations. The fee applies if you are 10 minutes late to a 50-60 minute appointment or 5 minutes late to a 20-30 minute appointment. If you experience technical issues while joining an appointment, please notify me via email within that time frame at info@northwestintegrativepsychiatry.com to avoid late fees.
I work with adults ages 18+ who are seeking care for non-emergent conditions. You must be the sole person responsible for your care unless I have a Power of Attorney on File for you. Following the privacy laws that protect patient information, I cannot respond to inquiries or emails from third parties (i.e. spouses, parents, children, assistants, etc). In most cases, I do not offer long-term “talk therapy” services and recommend establishing care with a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) if that is what you are looking for. While I incorporate psychotherapy in my sessions and offer extended sessions (50 minutes) for those who are interested, I primarily focus on medication management combined with therapy or short-term therapy. If you do not wish to take medication, I am happy to work with you in therapy sessions that focus on integrative treatments and behavioral/lifestyle strategies aimed at improving overall well-being (nutrition, sleep, movement, social connection, optimizing physical health, etc). I also offer specific therapies aimed at healing depression and bipolar disorder. If you have further questions about what therapy services I do/do not offer, please feel free to reach out using the contact form on my website.
